5.2 Warranty : Electronic Items are covered by a 6-months warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Cubicor provides repair and maintenance services for laptops and desktops. These services include hardware and software troubleshooting, system upgrades, data recovery, and other related technical support.
To request services, you must provide accurate information about the device in question. Cubicor will assess the issue and provide an estimate for the required services. Upon acceptance of the estimate, an agreement is formed.
You authorize Cubicor to perform the necessary repairs and agree to the associated costs. In cases where additional issues are discovered during the repair process, Cubicor will seek your approval before proceeding with additional services.
Cubicor provides a limited warranty on repairs. The duration and terms of the warranty will be communicated to you before the commencement of services. This warranty covers the specific repairs conducted and not issues arising from new incidents or misuse.
While Cubicor takes measures to protect your data during the repair process, it is your responsibility to back up important data/information before submitting your device for service. Cubicor is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair. Cubicor accepts various payment methods, and details will be provided in the invoice. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in additional charges or legal action.
If you wish to cancel a service request, you must notify Cubicor promptly. Cancellation charges may apply, especially if work has already commenced.
Cubicor is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hyderabad. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
